P+RSPECTIV−S is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
01 — Information We Collect
When you make a purchase or contact us, we collect information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We may collect basic analytics data (pages visited, device type, browser) to understand how the site is used. This data is anonymized and not linked to any individual. We use Google Fonts for typography; Google may collect limited usage data as described in their privacy policy.
02 — How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to fulfill orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your inquiries, and improve the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
03 — Sharing Your Information
We share your data only as necessary with the following:
- Stripe — payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen by us. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Print fulfillment partners — your name, shipping address, and order details are shared with our print lab to produce and ship your order.
- Shipping carriers — your name and address are passed to the carrier responsible for delivery.
- Legal authorities — we may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
04 — Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality and secure payment processing via Stripe. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to browse the site.
05 — Data Retention
Order records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). Customer support correspondence is retained for 3 years. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to these legal retention obligations.
06 — Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You may also request a portable copy of your data, restrict how we process it, or object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data we collect and the right to opt out of any sale of your data. We do not sell personal information.
