By accessing this website or purchasing any print from P+RSPECTIV−S, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

01 — Ownership & Copyright

All photographs, text, visual design, and other content on this site are the exclusive property of P+RSPECTIV−S and are protected under United States and international copyright law. No image or content may be reproduced, downloaded, distributed, modified, or used in any form — commercial or otherwise — without prior written permission.

Purchasing a print grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display that print for personal, non-commercial use only. The certificate of authenticity included with each print does not confer any copyright or licensing rights to the image.

02 — Eligibility

By using this site you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may only make a purchase with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

03 — Print Sales & Fulfillment

All prints are produced to order using professional-grade archival materials and are considered final sale. Editions are strictly limited; once an edition closes, no additional prints will be made. Pricing, edition sizes, and availability are subject to change without notice.

P+RSPECTIV−S reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. In the event of cancellation after payment, a full refund will be issued. Colors displayed on screen may vary slightly from the finished print due to monitor calibration differences.

04 — Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

05 — Delivery & Risk

Prints are carefully packaged and shipped via tracked courier to the address provided at checkout. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. P+RSPECTIV−S is not liable for delays or damage caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges outside of these circumstances.

06 — Authenticity

Each print ships with a signed certificate of authenticity confirming edition number, print specifications, and date of production. The certificate is non-transferable and is issued solely as proof of the print's origin.

07 — Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this site or any content from it to:

• Reproduce, scan, or redistribute any image without written permission.
• Use any content for commercial purposes, advertising, or resale without a separate licensing agreement.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect images or data from this site.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Unauthorized commercial use of any image will be pursued under applicable copyright law.

09 — Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, P+RSPECTIV−S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site or any purchase. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11 — Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which P+RSPECTIV−S operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall first be attempted in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration — except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

12 — Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
